“三全育人”视域下高职院校劳动教育体系构建研究

高职院校构建劳动教育体系是呼应职业教育现实需求。在“三全育人”视域下可将高职院校劳动教育体系界定为目标体系、实施体系、考评体系。目标体系包括形成劳动观念、习得劳动技能、养成劳动习惯;实施体系为三主体(劳动课专任教师、专业教师、高校辅导员等)、三阶段、三方位(劳动观念、劳动技能、劳动习惯)的职业院校“三三”制劳动教育实施体系;考评体系要注重多主体考核、多指标评价、多阶段反馈。

It is the practical needs of vocational education to construct the labor education system in higher vocational colleges.The concept of"three comprehensive education"is coupled with the labor education system of higher vocational colleges which should include target system,implementation system and evaluation system.The target system includes forming labor concept,acquiring labor skills and forming labor habits.The implementation system includes three main bodies(labor course teachers,professional teachers,college counselors),three stages and three aspects(labor concept,labor skill and labor habit).The evaluation system should pay attention to multi-subject assessment,multi-index evaluation and multi-stage feedback.
