高职院校专兼结合教学团队建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teaching TeamCombining Full-time Teachers and Part-time Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

自教育部提出要注重“双师型”教师队伍建设,加强教学队伍专兼结合以来,很多职业院校都在专兼结合教学团队建设上做出了努力,但部分高职院校仍然在专兼职教师队伍的组建、结构比例、兼职教师的教学成效和教学管理等方面存在问题。文章从教师队伍专兼结合的意义及重要性着手,并从专兼结合的现状及问题出发,探究了解决这些问题的策略,提出如何打造优秀的专兼结合教学团队的建议,以期为同类高校提供参考。

Since the Ministry of Education proposed to pay attention to the construction of"double-qualified"teachers and strengthen the construction of teaching team combining full-time teachers and part-time teachers,many vocational colleges have made great efforts in the construction of the teaching team.However,some higher vocational colleges still have some problems in the aspects of the formation of full-time and part-time teachers,the proportion of structure,the teaching effect and teaching management of part-time teachers.Starting from the significance and importance of the combination of full-time and part-time work,the problems arising from the combination of full-time and part-time work are analyzed in this paper.Taking the current situation of full-time and part-time combination as research,the strategies to solve these problems are explored,which makes a discussion on how to build an excellent full-time and part-time combination teaching team.At the same time,this paper hopes to provide a theoretical reference for the exploration of vocational colleges.
