应用型高校混合所有制办学的可行性及路径研究

摘要 我国应用型人才能力结构与市场需求吻合程度较好,就业率稳定,但学生工作满意度有待提高,教师配置、学历结构都在不断优化,国家鼓励企业与高校共同探究新发展模式。文章提出通过政策引导、资金支持积极发挥宏观指导作用,应用型高校完善自身运行机制建设为混合所有制办学创造条件,企业行业组织充分发挥协调作用,转变发展意识,协助高校发挥第三职能,推动混合所有制办学发展。 In view of the fact that the ability structure of applied talents in our country is in good agreement with market demand.The employment rate is stable,but students'job satisfaction needs to be improved;the configuration of teachers and academic qualifications are constantly optimized;the state encourages enterprises to explores new developments with universities.The article proposes that the state actively plays the role of macro guidance through policy guidance and financial support,application-oriented universities improve their own operating mechanism and create conditions for mixed ownership to run schools,enterprise industry organizations give full play to their coordinating role,change development awareness,and assist universities to perform their third functions to promote the development of mixed-ownership schools.
