个人信息保护机制研究--以个人信息的双重属性为切入点

Research on the Protection Mechanism of Personal Information--Starting From the Dual Attributes of Personal Information

大数据时代的来临虽然为我们提供了个人信息的处理平台,但其对个人信息保护的要求也更为严苛,其在带来便利的同时也使个人信息安全受到威胁。而我国法律对个人信息的保护更加偏向于个体性属性,其社会性属性并未能受到良好的保护。文章以其双重属性为切入点,通过信息分类与场景化模式深化对个人信息保护机制的探究。

Although the advent of the era of big data provides us with a processing platform for personal information,its requirements for personal information protection are more stringent,which brings convenience and threats to personal information security.However,the protection of personal information in China’s law is more inclined to the individual attribute,and its social attribute has not been well protected.This paper takes its dual attributes as the breakthrough point and deepens the exploration of personal information protection mechanism through information classification and scene mode.
