摘要 示踪气体选择的优劣对提高过滤吸收器机械漏毒在线检测精确度和效率具有重要意义。该文针对机械漏毒在线检测的示踪气体应具有可探测性、对环境与检测人员无危害、对防护装备防护性能无损害等要求,重点对潜在的示踪气体进行吸附床层保留时间、亲和性能与脱附性能等进行定量测算与多维评估,为优化选择适合于机械漏毒在线检测的示踪气体奠定理论基础。该文采用定量测算方式对潜在的示踪气体进行测算和评价,结果显示六氟化硫(SF6)具有最佳的综合性能,可以作为机械漏毒检测的理想示踪气体;四氟乙烷(R-134a)次之,与美国军用过滤吸收器现用示踪气体R-134a一致,验证该方法的有效性和可行性。 Advantages and disadvantages of tracer gas selection is of great significance to improve the accuracy and efficiency of on-line detection of mechanical leakage of filter absorber.In order to optimize the selection of tracer gas suitable for on-line detection of mechanical leakage,this paper focuses on the quantitative calculation and multidimensional evaluation of the retention time of adsorption bed,affinity performance and desorption performance of potential tracer gas to meet the requirements of detectability,no harm to the environment and detection personnel,and no damage to the protection performance of protective equipment Body lay the foundation of detection.In this paper,the potential tracer gas is measured and evaluated by quantitative method.The results show that SF6 has the best comprehensive performance and can be used as an ideal tracer gas for mechanical leakage detection;the second is CH2FCF3(R-134a).It is consistent with the tracer gas R-134a currently used in the US military filter absorber,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
