黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的效果

Effects of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction in treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis

目的:观察黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法:选取60例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采取西医三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃脘隐痛、喜按喜暖、食后胀满、纳呆少食、大便稀溏、神疲乏力、舌淡苔薄白和脉沉细等中医证候积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤合理中汤联合西医三联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医症候积分和不良反应发生率,其效果优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction in treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis.Methods:60 patients with spleen-stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with western medicine triple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group,such as dull gastric pain,liking for pressure and warmth,fullness after eating,indigestion and poor appetite,loose stools,fatigue,pale tongue and thin white tongue,and thin pulse,were significantly lower than those of the control group.Group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Western medicine triple therapy combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction in treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome score and the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to single western medicine treatment.
