摘要
近年来随着轧机装备水平的不断提高,轧机振动问题显得更加突出和多样化。本文对某热连轧机扭振进行测试,并根据实际参数建立考虑减速机齿轮啮合刚度和时变性的主传动系统动力学模型,利用MATLAB/simulink分析模块进行了仿真研究,得出时变齿轮啮合刚度对轧机主传动系统扭振特性有一定的影响与实测接近。为研究轧机振动提供理论基础。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the equipments level of rolling mill,rolling mill vibration problems become more prominent and diversification.This paper mill torsional vibration of a thermal test,and according to the actual parameters of dynamic models of main driving system of speed reducer of gear mesh stiffness and time-varying consideration,analysis module is simulated by MATLAB’simulink,the timevarying meshing stiffness of gear on the rolling mill main drive system torsional vibration characteristics have close to a certain influence and measured.Provide a theoretical basis for studying the vibration of rolling mill.
