复合病因复合治法与中医病证复合诊疗观

Complex Etiology and Compound Treatment and Compound Treatment Concept of the Disease of Chinese Medicine

中医病证的病因病机并非单一,常表现为多种病因复合致病,多种病机混杂兼见,与其对应的治则治法也应主次分明、多管齐下。治疗复合病因引起的病症,亦当用复合治法。若外感病邪气杂合而至,当杂而治之;若内外同病,当表里同治;若阴阳寒热错杂,当寒法与温法并用;若邪有所附,当攻其所合与祛除邪气并用;若虚实夹杂,当分清因果,标本兼治。

In TCM syndromes,the etiology and pathogenesis are not single,yet often manifested as multiple causes,mixed with a variety of pathogenesis,which require the corresponding treatment to be distinctive and multi-pronged.To treat diseases with complex etiology,compound treatment methods should be used.If the exogenous Evils come together,they should be divided and treated;if the internal and external Evil factors exist at the same time,both the outside and the inside state should be treated;if the Yin and Yang syndromes are mixed,with Cold and Heat existing at the same time,the warm method and the cold method should be used together;if the evil is present in any Zang or Fu,the combination of the attack and the elimination of the evil should be used together;If the deficiency and the excessive state are mixed,the cause and effect should be distinguished,and both the symptoms and the root causes should be treated in treatment.
