Professor Guo Shuyun′s Experience in Treating Chronic Stomachache Based on Stasis

目的:研究郭淑云教授从瘀论治慢性胃痛的经验及用药规律。方法:收集郭淑云教授从瘀论治慢性胃痛的门诊病案281例,运用"中医传承辅助系统"构建数据库,基于该软件的频次统计、关联规则分析等数据挖掘方法,对郭淑云教授从瘀论治慢性胃痛的经验及用药规律进行总结。结果:郭淑云教授从瘀论治慢性胃痛,分为六型进行辨证施治,以气滞血瘀型最常见。常用的活血化瘀药有延胡索、丹参、莪术、三棱、五灵脂、蒲黄、郁金。常用的药物组合有5对,分别为延胡索-川楝子、丹参-砂仁、三棱-莪术、五灵脂-蒲黄、炒白芍-炙甘草。结论:郭淑云教授擅于从瘀论治慢性胃痛,总结出胃痛瘀血证的6条指征,提出"无形之瘀"理论,临证以治瘀六法从本论治,组方喜用药对。

Objective:to summarize the experience and medicate pattern of professor Guo Shuyun in treating chronic stomachache based on stasis.Methods:281 chronic stomachache cases whom were treated with stasis-based treatment by Professor Guo Shuyun were collected and established as a database by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Based on the software′s frequency statistics,association rules analysis and other data mining methods,summarize the experience and the medicate pattern of the treatment.Results:The treatment was divided into six types of syndrome differentiation and treatment,in which the Qi stagnation and Blood stasis is the most common type.The commonly used drugs of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis including:Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Eshu(Rhizoma Curcumae),Sanleng(Rhizoma Sparganii),Wulingzhi(Faeces Togopteri),Puhuang(Pollen Typhae),Yujin(Radix Curcumae).The commonly used drug combinations inculdes:Yanhusuo-Chuanlianzi(Fructus Meliae Toosendan),Dancan-Sharen,Sanleng-Eshu,Wulingzhi-Puhuang,Chaobaishao-Zhigancao(prepared RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE).Conclusion:Professor Guo Shuyun is proficient in treating chronic stomachache based on stasis.The"Six indications on Blood stasis syndrome of stomachache"was summed up and the"Invisible stasis theory"was proposed.Professor Guo Shuyun uses six treatment of stasis in clinical practice based on its root cause and preferring couplet medicines when prescribing drugs.
