高职院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作实践探索研究

Research on the Practice of Diagnosis and Improvement of Internal Quality Assurance System in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作自2015年启动实施以来,试点引领带动,逐步形成了国家、省两级试点工作格局,诊改工作实践探索成效已经显现。高职院校教学诊改工作的深入推进,尚需学校进一步发挥质量保证主体作用,建立学校全员参与的质量保证组织体系,构建具有校本特色的内部质量保证体系,建立促进"五主体"持续发展的校级标准体系,完善以章程为核心的校内制度体系,建立支撑学校诊改运行的信息化平台,建立适应学校发展实际的诊改运行机制,构建以现代质量文化为核心的校园文化。

Since the diagnosis and improvement of the internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges was launched in 2015,a pilot work pattern at the national and provincial levels has gradually formed and the effectiveness of the practice and exploration of diagnosis and reform work has appeared based on pilots.The in-depth advancement of teaching and diagnosis reform in higher vocational colleges requires schools to further play the role of quality assurance entities,establish a quality assurance organization system with full participation of the school,build an internal quality assurance system with school-based characteristics,and establish and promote the continuity of the"five Main Bodies",the sustainable school-level standard system,improve the school system with regulations as the core,establish an information platform to support the operation of school diagnosis and reform,build a diagnosis and reform operation mechanism that adapts to the actual development of the school,and construct a campus culture with a modern quality culture as the core.
