新时代高校法治文化建设的困境与思索

The Dilemma and Thinking of the Construction of Legal Culture in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

十九大报告指出我国发展已进入到新时代,在这新的历史时期,中国特色社会主义法治发展也迎来新的挑战。高校法治文化建设是高等教育全面、健康、可持续发展的必然要求,也是推进法治国家建设的重要保障。通过对我国现阶段高校法治文化建设的研判分析,发现现有高校管理体制仍有待完善;大学生的法律意识淡薄,法治文化建设的参与程度不高;课堂教学也很难体现法治教育的针对性。基于此,试图从完善机制、转变理念、重构课堂等方面思索我国高校法治文化建设的有效路径。

The report of the 19th National Congress pointed out that China's development has entered a new era.In this new historical period,the development of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics has also ushered in new challenges.The construction of the rule of law culture in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive,healthy and sustainable development of higher education,and an important guarantee for promoting the construction of a country under the rule of law.Through the analysis of the rule of law culture in colleges and universities in China,it is found that the existing university management system still needs to be perfected,and the humanized color is strong;the campus lacks the free thinking and democratic atmosphere of the rule of law culture construction;classroom teaching is also difficult to reflect the rule of law education.Based on this,I try to think about the effective path of the construction of rule of law culture in China's colleges and universities from the aspects of perfecting the mechanism,changing the concept,and reconstructing the classroom.
