摘要
提供了一种绿色、环保、高效、低成本合成尼泊金十二醇酯的方法。首先以N-丁基苯并咪唑和脯氨酸反应合成脯氨酸离子液体,其结构通过FT-IR、^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR得到表征,然后用离子液体催化合成尼泊金十二醇酯,同时优化了反应条件,得出最佳反应条件:以甲苯为溶剂,摩尔比(n^(对羟基苯甲酸):n^(十二醇))为1:1.1,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为6 h,催化剂用量为10%n^(对羟基苯甲酸),产率达87%以上。重复及放大试验验证了最佳反应条件的合理性,此外,催化剂可以重复使用5次而不影响产率,为尼泊金十二醇酯的绿色合成及工业的生产提供了理论依据。
A green,environmentally-friendly,efficient,economical method for synthesis of dodecylparaben is provided in this paper.Proline ionic liquid is synthesized by the reaction of N-butyl benzimidazole and proline,its structure is characterized by FT-IR,^(1)H NMR and ^(13) C NMR.Dodecylparaben is catalytic synthesized by proline ionic liquid,and the reaction conditions are optimized,the optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows:take toluene as the solvent,the molar ratio(n _(p-hydroxybenzoic acid):n _(dodecanol))is 1:1.1,the reaction temperature is 100℃,the reaction time is 6 h,and the catalyst amount is 10%n _(p-hydroxybenzoic acid),the yield is above 87%.The feasibility of the optimal reaction conditions are validated by repetition and amplification experiments.In addition,the catalyst could be reused for 5 times without affecting the yield,which has provided a theoretical basis for the green synthesis and industrial production of dodecylparaben.
