Research on the Construction of Commercial Acceptance Platform in Yangtze River Delta

长江三角洲地区是我国经济最具活力,开放程度最高,创新能力最强的区域,同时,该区域金融业和票据业务发展一直位居全国前列。为充分发挥商业承兑汇票结算与融资功能,进一步推动该地区实体经济发展,有必要建立长江三角洲地区商票平台。文章分析了长三角地区建立商票平台的意义及目前所具备的优势和基础条件,设计了商票平台的基本架构和服务运行模式,并就其建设和发展提出相关政策建议。

The Yangtze River Delta is the region with the most dynamic economy,the highest degree of openness and the strongest innovation ability in China.At the same time,the development of financial industry and bill business in this region has always been in the forefront of the country.In order to give full play to the function of settlement and financing of commercial acceptance bills,and further promote the development of real economy in the region,it is necessary to establish a platform for commercial acceptance bills in the Yangtze River Delta region.The author analyzes the significance of establishing commercial ticket platform in the Yangtze River Delta,explores the advantages and basic conditions currently possessed,designs the basic architecture and service mode of the platform,and provides some suggestions on its construction and development.
