我国水资源集约安全利用的战略路径

Strategic path of intensive and safe utilization of water resources in China

在分析我国水资源集约安全利用内涵的基础上,探讨了我国水资源集约利用在国际上的地位和水平,提出了实现我国水资源集约安全利用的战略路径:一是推进水利高质量发展,二是稳妥推进国民经济产业结构调整,三是重点稳步推进农业水价综合改革。

Based on analysis of connotation of intensive and safe utilization of water resources in China,discussions are made on the status of intensive utilization of water resources in China comparing to other countries.Strategic path to realizing intensive and safe utilization of water resources is proposed as follows:firstly promoting high-quality development;secondly making adjustment of economic and industrial structures;thirdly implementing the reform of pricing system for agricultural water use.
