摘要
在分析贯彻新发展理念、做好新发展阶段水资源管理工作需要把握的原则和思路的基础上,对标我国2035年社会主义现代化国家建设目标,落实"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的治水思路,提出了做好新阶段水资源管理工作的任务和要求,明确了需要加强的基础和保障。
Based on analysis of principles and ideas for implementing new development concept and improving water resources management in the new age,needs of building a socialist modern country in 2035,and guidelines of“prioritize water conservation,balance development with the spatial distribution of water resources,practice systematic governance and leverage both government functions and market roles”,new tasks and needs for bettering off water resources management are put forward.
