在水资源集约安全利用中推进高校节水工作

Promoting water conservation in colleges and universities by water resources utilization in intensive and safe manners

推进高校节约用水是建设节水型社会、落实国家节水行动、实现水资源集约安全利用的重要领域之一。近年,高校节水工作取得明显成效,但仍然存在计划用水管理不到位、超定额问题较为突出、日常用水管理粗放、节水器具不普及、非常规水源利用不足、节水宣传教育力度不够等问题。从加强高校节水顶层设计、强化计划用水和定额执行、加强监督管理、健全奖惩机制、加强节水设施改造和宣传教育等方面,提出了对策建议。

Promoting water conservation in colleges and universities is one of the important fields in promoting water-saving society initiative,participating the actions of national water conservation and realizing the water utilization intensively and safely.In recent years,colleges and universities have achieved remarkable results in water conservation,but more efforts are needed to manage water with plans,reduce over quote consumption and waste of water,extension of water-saving appliance,use of unconventional water sources and strengthen water-saving publicity and education.Measures and suggestions are given from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,implementation of planned water use and quota,supervision and management,perfecting reward and punish systems,rehabilitation of water-saving facilities and public education.
