摘要
本文以行业特色型院校中南财经政法大学为例,立足于其在经济、管理、法律等专业领域所拥有的学科优势地位,围绕三者融通的实践路径展开探讨,以期为商学院新型人才培养机制的形成提供理论参考。综合研究表明,学校开放的办学理念、特点鲜明的学科优势、丰富的校友资源以及学院层面崭新的愿景与使命、融通化的学科基础、多元化的师资队伍、特色化的MBA教育体系等一系列有利条件为经法管融通创新性本科人才的培养奠定了坚实基础。而在具体实施中,则应坚持以专业建设为本、课程设计为基、法商讲坛为引、实践培养为驱的培养机制,并遵循如下路径:注重思想理念引领,坚定培养目标;强化师资队伍建设,夯实培养基础;加强对外交流合作,拓展培养模式;充分整合各类资源,深化培养保障。
Taking Zhongnan University of Economics and Law,one of universities with industry characteristics,as an example,this paper discusses the practical path of achieving the integration of three disciplines,namely economics,law and management on the basis of its dominant position in these fields,thus aiming to provide a theoretical reference for forming a new cultivation training mechanism in business schools.The comprehensive research shows that a series of favorable conditions have laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents with an integration of economics,law and management.The advantages are the open philosophy,distinctive disciplinary advantages,and rich alumni resources in the university level,the brand-new vision and mission,integrated subject foundation,diversified faculty and characteristic MBA education system in the college level.In the specific implementation,the following training mechanisms should be adhered to:treating specialty construction as the root,curriculum design as the basis,forum of law and business as the guide,as well as practice training as the drive.The path should be followed:focusing on the guidance of thoughts and ideas,strengthening the cultivation objectives;enhancing the construction of faculties,building a solid foundation for training;strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,expanding the training modes;fully integrating all kinds of resources,deepening the training security.
