摘要
高校思政课课堂教学生态是指思政课教师和大学生在教学内容、教学环境和教学方式等多种课堂生态环境因子影响下存在和发展的状态,以及思政课教师和大学生与课堂教学生态环境之间环环相扣的和谐共生关系。高校思政课课堂教学生态主体与课堂生态环境之间表现出整体性、交互主体性、互利共生性以及时代性等特征。实现高校思政课课堂教学生态的优化和课堂生态系统的良性循环,进而提升思政课育人的有效性和落实立德树人的目标,需要思政课教师和大学生素养的提升为课堂生态系统的能量流动提供源泉,也需要课堂教学生态环境的完善为教学信息的有效传递提供多样化的渠道。
The classroom teaching ecology of ideological and political theory courses in colleges refers to the attendance and development of Teachers and college students in such courses under the influence of various classroom ecological environment factors such as teaching content,teaching environment and teaching methods,as well as a harmonious symbiotic relationship among the course teachers,college students and classroom ecological environment.The subjects of the classroom teaching ecology in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and the classroom ecological environment are integrated and advanced with the times with inter-subjectivity and mutual benefit.To optimize classroom teaching ecology towards a virtuous circle of classroom ecosystem in colleges,and then to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and to implement the goal of moral education,it is necessary to upgrade the teachers and college students literacy to power the courses and to improve the classroom teaching ecological environment to provide diversified channels for the effective transmission of teaching information.
