四川省男性居民肿瘤预防相关知识和危险行为现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on Cancer Prevention-related Knowledge and Risk Behaviors and Its Influencing Factors Among Male Residents in Sichuan Province

目的了解四川省男性居民肿瘤预防相关知识和行为现状,为进一步干预提供依据。方法结合现有工作采用方便抽样的方法,抽取466名男性居民进行问卷调查;使用单因素方差分析、多重线性回归和Logistic回归分析对数据进行分析。结果调查对象肿瘤预防相关知识平均知晓率为85.0%,吸烟率、饮酒率、缺乏锻炼率分别为48.0%、67.8%和49.2%。肿瘤预防相关知识得分平均为(11.9±2.4)分,肿瘤相关行为得分平均为(13.5±2.5)分。多重线性回归分析显示,文化程度越高,肿瘤预防相关知识得分越高(P=0.003);不同职业和居住地人群的肿瘤相关行为得分差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),肿瘤预防相关知识得分越高,肿瘤相关行为得分也越高(P=0.036)。结论四川省男性居民肿瘤预防相关知识知晓率较高,但不良的肿瘤相关行为持有率也较高,应该在改变居民健康行为方面增加投入。

Objective To understand the status of cancer prevention knowledge and behavior among male residents in Sichuan Province,in order to provide a basis for further intervention.Methods This study selected 466 male residents by convenience sampling for questionnaire sunvey.One-way ANOVA,multiple linear regression and Logistic regression were used in analysis.Results The average awareness rate of cancer prevention-related knowledge among the respondents was 85.0%,and the rate of smoking,drinking,and lack of exercise were 48.0%,67.8%,and 49.2%,respectively.The average score of cancer prevention-related knowledge was(11.9±2.4) points,and the average score of cancer-related behavior was(13.5 ±2.5) points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the higher the level of education,the higher the score of cancer prevention-related knowledge(P=0.003).There were statistically significances in cancer-related behavior scores among different occupations(P<0.05) and place of residence(P<0.05).The higher the score of cancer prevention-related knowledge,the higher the score of cancer-related behaviors(P=0.036).Conclusion The awareness rate of cancer prevention-related knowledge among male residents in Sichuan Province is relatively high,but the possession rate of poor cancer-related behaviors is high as well.More efforts should be made to change residents’ health behaviors.
