摘要
目的通过监测四川省长宁县地震后饮用水,及时分析评估灾后饮用水卫生安全状况,防止介水传染病的爆发和流行,为保护灾区群众饮水安全提供科学依据和参考。方法于2019-06-19/06-29,按照《宜宾地震灾区饮用水应急监测方案》,对长宁县地震灾区进行现场调查和采样水样检测,利用SPSS 16.0软件对所得数据进行分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果灾区15个大型安置点的供水情况如下,水源类型:泉水13.3%(2/15),溪水46.7%(7/15),井水13.3%(2/15),河水26.7%(4/15);供水类型:集中式100.0%(15/15);震后检测水样140个,总合格率为52.1%。震后水样合格率低于震前;同时抽查的2台直饮水机的出水合格率50.0%(1/2),应急供水车出水合格率56.3%(9/16)。结论长宁县震后供水设施受损,需特别重视微生物污染,应加强对集中式供水、直饮水机和供水车的消毒卫生。
Objective By monitoring the quality of drinking water after the earthquake in Changning county,Sichuan province,to analyze and evaluate the health and safety of drinking water after the disaster,so that to prevent the outbreak and spread of water-borne infectious diseases,and to provide a scientific basis and reference for the protection of drinking water safety in disaster areas.Methods During 2019-06-19/06-29,According to "Yibin Earthquake Emergency Drinking Water Monitoring Program",on-site investigations were conducted and water samples from the earthquakestricken areas in Changning county were tested,chi-square test was used to compare rates,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The water supply situation of 15 large resettlement sites in the disaster area was as follows,water source type:spring 13.3%(2/15),stream 46.7%(7/15),well water 13.3%(2/15),river 26.7%(4/15);Water supply type:centralized 100.0%(15/15);After the earthquake,140 water samples were tested,with a total pass rate of 52.1%.The qualified rate of water samples after earthquake was lower than before;At the same time,the qualified rate of two direct drinking water dispensers was 50.0%(1/2),and the qualified rate of emergency water supply vehicle was 56.3%(9/16).Conclusion Water supply facilities in Changning County after the earthquake were damaged,we need to pay special attention to microbiological contamination,it is necessary to strengthen the disinfection of centralized water supply,direct drinking water dispensers and water supply truck.
