Analysis on Safety Management of Dangerous Chemicals in Laboratory

近年来,实验室内危化品使用和保管不当导致安全事故频发,根据化学实验室安全管理的需要,也随着近年来政府部门安全监管的日益加强,化学实验室的危化品管理开始越来越得到实验室管理人员的重视。但由于与一般生产或销售企业在危化品使用种类和数量上的差异,和在此前在安全管理方面的缺失,导致了现在很多实验室不知道该如何开展危化品的管理,或按自己的经验以传统做法加严加强;或照办照抄普通危化品企业的安全管理方式。检测实验室作为使用危化品的典型代表,是典型的危化品使用种类多数量小的场所,因此也有着各类典型的危险因素,本文重点探讨检测实验室危险化学品的安全管理,从人员、制度、设施等方面介绍如何最大限度降低安全风险,减少安全事故。

In recent years,improper usage and safekeeping of hazardous chemicals in laboratories have led to frequent safety accidents.Based on the need of chemical laboratory safety management,also with the constant increasing safety supervision of government departments during these years,the management of hazardous chemicals in chemical laboratories has begun to get more and more attention by laboratory managers.However,comparing with hazardous chemical laboratories(HCL),the general production or sale company have discrepancy of using hazardous chemicals in type and amounts,and as the lack of safety management in the past.many laboratories do not know how to carry out the management of hazardous chemicals.either strengthen the regulation on the basis of their own tradition experience,or copy the pattern of safety management of hazardous chemicals companies.As a typical representative of the using hazardous chemicals,testing laboratories are typical places where exists various types of hazardous chemicals with a small number of quantities.Therefore,exists various typical risk factors as well.This article focuses on investigate and discuss the safety management of hazardous chemicals in testing laboratories.Introduce,respectively from personnel,systems,facilities,how to minimize safety risks and reduce safety accidents.
