中国和伊朗丝路伙伴关系的历史、现状及其展望

History,Status quo and Prospects of China-Iran Silk Road Partnership

古代丝绸之路连接中国和伊朗,推进两国在安全、外交、贸易、文化等诸多领域开展广泛的合作交流,为两国丝路伙伴关系奠定了重要的历史基础。2013年,中国提出“一带一路”倡议后,伊朗成为重要的丝绸之路沿线国家,2016年中伊两国结成了全面战略伙伴关系,但两国仍面临政治互信不深入、合作机制不完善、民心相通不充分等挑战。本文通过回顾和分析中伊两国交往的历史和现状,揭示两国结成丝路伙伴关系面临的挑战和机遇,并探索两国推进丝路伙伴关系的路径。

In ancient history,China and Iran had close exchanges through the ancient“Silk Road”.Since 1971,that two-sided diplomatic relations was formed,the Sino-Iranian relationship have experienced various ups and downs.However,China's growing power made this relationship much more important in two countries'foreign policy.Since China proposed the“The Belt and Road”Initiative in 2013,Iran has become increasingly important to China as an main country along the“The Belt and Road”roadmap.In 2016,China and Iran formed a comprehensive strategic partnership,but they have still faced with challenges in the cooperation of partnership.With the growth of China's power,Iran's views on Sino-Iranian relationship,especially on the“The Belt and Road”Initiative,have undergone certain changes.The author reviewed and examined the history and current situation of relationship between China and Iran,and concluded the challenges and opportunities that both China and Iran faces in forming a close partnership on“The Belt and Road”.
