摘要 有源相控阵天线内监测系统具有受外界环境干扰小、可快速展开工作的优点,越来越适用于现代雷达的使用需求。内监测技术可以实现超低副瓣有源相控阵天线的校准。文中对有源相控阵内监测技术进行了研究,阐述了内监测系统的功能、设计原则、基本原理和硬件组成,介绍了耦合器的主要实现形式,提出了基于近场的耦合比测试方法和基于耦合比的监测校准方法,并分别给出了提高精度的措施。测试结果表明,应用内监测技术校准后的天线性能与近场实测结果非常吻合,对于相控阵天线研制有一定的工程指导意义。 Internal monitor system has the characteristics of little interference from the outside environment and can work quickly.So it is more and more attuned to modern radars′needs.Internal monitor techniques can achieve the calibration goals of ultra-low side lobe level active phased array antennas.Internal monitor techniques are studied in this paper.Functions,design principles,basic principles,and hardware organization are described.Main realized shapes of couplers are shown.The test method of coupling ratio and the calibration method based on coupling ratio are focused on.The measurements of improving accuracy are also introduced.The antenna results using internal monitor techniques are consistent with the near field results.This work has certain instructional significance to relevant engineering practice of phased array antennas.
