“第二届敦煌与丝路文明专题论坛暨敦煌学视域下的东北西北对话”综述

Review of“The Second Dunhuang and Silk Road Civilization Symposium and North-East and North-West Dialogue from the Perspective of Dunhuang Studies”

中国宗教学会、中国中外关系史学会、中国社会科学院世界宗教研究所与敦煌研究院联合主办的"第二届敦煌与丝路文明专题论坛暨敦煌学视域下的东北西北对话"于2020年10月9—13日在敦煌莫高窟召开。敦煌是东西方文明的交汇地,中原文化不断通过敦煌向西传播,而西方文化也经过敦煌向中原传播。由于敦煌地接西域,交通极为便利,也就较早地接受了发源于印度的佛教文化,西亚、中亚、希腊的文化接踵而至,在敦煌传播,造成了中西不同文化在敦煌的汇聚、碰撞和交融。敦煌蕴含着丰富的中外文化交流资料,对敦煌与丝绸之路宗教文明之关系及其与之相关的中国东北与西北地区的历史文化关系加强研究,是目前的当务之急,也是本次会议的主题。

"The Second Dunhuang and Silk Road Civilization Symposium and North-East and North-West Dialogue under the Perspective of Dunhuang Studies",jointly sponsored by China Religion Society,Chinese Society for the History of Sino-Foreign Relations,Institute of World Religions of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Dunhuang Academy,was held in Mogao Grottoes of Dunhuang from October 9 to 13,2020.Dunhuang is home of convergence of eastern and western civilization,where the Central Plains culture is constantly spreading westward,and the western culture to the Central Plains.Because Dunhuang has convenient transportation due to its proximity to the Western Regions,it long ago accepts the Buddhist culture originated in India earlier.The cultures of West Asia,Central Asia and Greece come one after another and spread in Dunhuang,resulting in the convergence,collision and integration of different Chinese and Western cultures in Dunhuang,where incorporates the wealth of cultural exchange materials.To this end,it is imperative to strengthen the research on the relationship between Dunhuang and the religious civilization of the Silk Road and its related historical and cultural relationship between Northeast and Northwest China,which is also the theme of this conference.
