德育是高校思想教育阵地的根基,立德树人理念是德育的根本任务,对于高校来说,建立一支思想先进的、能力较强的、优秀的辅导员团队,会推动立德树人理念在思想教育工作中的落实和推进。要以立德树人为核心思想,建立更为科学高效的辅导员团队,有助于提高高校教学效率。

Moral education is the foundation of college ideological education;while the concept of cultivating people by virtue is the fundamental task of moral education.For colleges and universities,the establishment of an excellent team of counselors with advanced thinking and strong ability will promote the implementation of the concept of fostering morality and cultivating people in ideological education.Therefore,we should follow the core idea of cultivating people by virtue,build a more scientific and efficient team of counselors,so as to improve the teaching efficiency in the college.
