“大国工匠”背景下高职院校“双创”人才培养模式的创新与建构——以安徽职业技术学院环境工程技术专业为例 被引量:7

摘要 基于"大国工匠"背景下高职院校"双创"人才培养内涵,高职院校的人才培养模式改革应以协同培养学生的"工匠精神"与"创新创业能力"为目标。结合安徽职业技术学院环境工程技术专业建设与改革实践,通过构建基于工作过程的以"两个层次、三大能力、十项技能"为核心的递进式课程模块体系,创新教学组织形式与考核手段,将项目教学有机地融入到人才培养模式等方式,创新与建构了"大国工匠"背景下高职院校"双创"人才培养模式与机制。 In accordance with the connotation of“entrepreneurship and innovation”talent training in higher vocational colleges under the background of“Great Country Craftsman”,the current reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges should aim at jointly cultivating students’“spirit of craftsmen”and“ability of innovation and entrepreneurship”.This paper discusses the construction and reform practice in the specialty of environmental engineering technology in Anhui Vocational and Technical College,and puts forward that the training mode in higher vocational colleges should construct the progressive curriculum module system based on the work process of“two levels,three capabilities and ten skills”,should innovate the teaching organization form and assessment method,should organically integrates project teaching into the talent training mode,and should construct the training mode and mechanism of“innovation and entrepreneurship”talents under the background of“Great Country Craftsman”.
