叠层透明导电薄膜研究

摘要 叠层透明导电薄膜在电子及光电子器件中取得有效应用,通过对金属两侧介质厚度的调整,可灵活改变透过率指标,从而同时满足高透过率和高电导率的双重要求,提高产品的品质。 Laminated transparent conductive films get effectively applied in electronic and optoelectronic devices.By adjusting the thickness of the media on both sides of the metal,the transmittance index can be changed flexibly,so as to meet the double requirements of high transmittance and high conductivity at the same time,and to improve the quality of products.
