基于CAN总线网络的车辆电子故障在线监测系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 由于现有监测系统未对传输数据精准控制,导致传统车辆电子故障监测系统监测效率较低,为此,利用CAN总线网络,实现对车辆电子故障在线监测系统的优化设计。选择CAN总线网络来代替传统的通信网络,并优化数据采集、MCU、存储以及GPS定位等模块。将CAN总线网络的实时数据存储其中,并在数据库中设置车辆电子异常数据和故障之间的对应关系,以此作为电子故障诊断的参考标准。在硬件设备和数据库的支持下,制定CAN总线网络的传输协议,在该协议的约束下加载和调用其中的数据。分析车辆ECU的运行模式,从而得出具体的车辆电子数据采集结果。将实时采集数据与故障诊断参考标准进行比对,实现车辆电子故障的在线监测功能,并结合监测结果启动报警程序。通过实验得出,设计的监测系统在降低监测误差的同时,提升了监测速度,即在监测效率方面更加具有优势。 Because the existing monitoring system does not accurately control the transmitted data,the monitoring efficiency of the traditional vehicle electronic fault monitoring system is low.The CAN bus network is selected to replace the traditional communication network,and the modules of data acquisition,MCU,storage and GPS positioning are optimized.The real-time data of CAN bus network is stored in the database,and the relation between abnormal data and fault is set up,which is the reference standard of electronic fault diagnosis.Under the support of hardware equipment and database,the transmission protocol of CAN bus network is established,and the data in it is loaded and called under the restriction of the protocol.The operation mode of vehicle ECU is analyzed,and the specific vehicle electronic data acquisition result is obtained.Comparing the real-time data with the reference standard of fault diagnosis,the online monitoring function of vehicle electronic fault is realized,and the alarm program is started.The experimental results show that the designed monitoring system not only reduces the monitoring error,but also improves the monitoring speed,which is more advantageous in monitoring efficiency.
