摘要
利用生物信息学方法鉴定了9个大豆GmGeBP基因,并对基因及蛋白结构和性质、染色体分布、亚细胞定位、系统进化关系进行预测分析。结果显示,9个GmGeBP基因分布在大豆的7条染色体上,它们所编码的肽链长度在353~448个氨基酸之间,等电点范围处在4.65~9.08之间;9个GmGeBP蛋白序列中均含有1个DUF573基序;9个GmGeBP蛋白含有不同数量的丝氨酸、苏氨酸和酪氨酸磷酸化位点,且它们均定位于细胞核中;9个GmGeBP蛋白和18个拟南芥AtGeBP蛋白可分为5个进化枝。以上结果为系统研究GmGeBP基因功能提供理论依据。
In this study,nine soybean GmGeBP genes were identified by bioinformatics methods.The structure and property,chromosome distribution,subcellular localization,and phylogenetic relationships of these genes and proteins were predicted and analyzed.The results showed that nine GmGeBP genes were distributed on seven chromosomes of soybean.The length of the peptide chains they encoded ranged from 353 to 448 amino acids,and the isoelectric point ranged from 4.65 to 9.08.The nine GmGeBP proteins all contained a DUF573 motif,and different amounts of serine,threonine and tyrosine phosphorylation sites,and they were all located in the nucleus.The nine GmGeBP proteins and eighteen AtGeBP proteins can be divided into 5 clades.These results provided theoretical basis for systematic study of functions of GmGeBP gene in soybean.
