摘要
森林消防队伍遂行重特大森林火灾灭火救援任务时,通信保障受山体、密林遮挡影响,指挥所与一线救援人员之间存在"最后一公里"的指挥通信难题。文中结合森林消防队伍任务特点,提出一种基于无人直升机的浮空通信中继平台设计思路,旨在通过研究平台系统组成、功能特点和使用模式,对未来队伍处置重特大森林火灾灭火救援中,如何有效发挥浮空通信中继平台作用进行初步探讨。
When the forest fire brigade carries out the fire fighting and rescue task of extremely large forest fires,there is a"last kilometer"command communication problem between the command post and the front-line stuff,which is affected by the mountain and dense forest.In this paper,combined with the task characteristics of forest fire brigade,a design concept of floating communication relay platform based on unmanned helicopter is proposed.Through the research of platform system composition,functional characteristics and using modes,how to effectively play the role of floating communication relay platform in the future fire fighting and rescue of extremely large forest fires is preliminarily discussed.
