军地遥感卫星联合使用问题研究

遥感卫星在支撑国家战略决策、军队作战筹划、民用自然资源管理和商业经济发展等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。为解决军事行动中遥感卫星资源紧缺问题,亟需开展民商遥感卫星支援军事航天侦察行动研究。探讨了军地遥感卫星联合使用可达到的效果,分析了军地遥感卫星联合使用的4种程度,对遥感卫星联合使用中的关键问题进行了阐述,结合智能技术发展对遥感卫星系统的未来进行了展望。

Remote sensing satellites play an irreplaceable role in supporting national strategic decisionmaking,military operational planning,civil natural resources management and commercial economic development.In order to solve the shortage of remote sensing satellite resources in military operations,it is urgent to carry out research on civil and commercial remote sensing satellites supporting military space reconnaissance operations.This paper probes into the effects that can be achieved by the joint use of military and civil remote sensing satellites,analyzes the four degrees of joint use of military and civil remote sensing satellites,expounds the key problems in the joint use of remote sensing satellites,and looks forward to the future of remote sensing satellite system combined with the development of intelligent technology.
