Research on Development Planning Method of Radar Detection Technology Based on The Thought of Net Assessment

文中分析了雷达探测技术发展规划存在的两个问题和面临的三个挑战,首次将技术净评估思想导入到技术发展规划实践中,探索构建了一种适合企业发展未来技术的规划方法论,并以网络化雷达探测技术为实例,从形成未来雷达探测技术概念和系统概念、遴选重点发展技术和关键支持性技术到评估未来系统能力净值,例证分析了技术发展规划全过程,以期为推动雷达探测技术进步和变革而提供新的观察视角和思考方法。

This article analyzes two problems and three challenges of the radar detection technology development planning.It introduces the idea of technical net assessment into the practice of technology development planning for the first time,and constructs a planning methodology suitable for the future technology development of enterprises.Taking the networked radar detection technology as an example,the article analyzes the whole process of technology development planning from forming future radar detection technology and system,and selecting between key technology to be developed and key supporting technology,to assessing net capacity.It provides a new perspective and thinking method in order to promote the progress and change of radar detection technology.
