石氏伤科芪骨组方配合导引八法在骨质疏松患者中的应用观察

Observation on Application of Shishi Shangke Qigu Prescription Combined with the Eight Methods of Guidance in Patients with Osteoporosis

目的:探究石氏伤科芪骨组方配合导引八法治疗骨质疏松(OP)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年12月于本院住院治疗的96例OP患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组给予口服碳酸钙D_3片(Ⅱ)、骨化三醇软胶囊治疗,研究组给予石氏伤科芪骨组方配合导引八法治疗,观察并记录治疗前和治疗后两组患者的骨密度(BMD)含量、血清骨标志物[骨钙素(OC)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端前肽(PⅠNP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)]水平、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分及临床疗效,并统计治疗期间两组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者的BMD含量及OC、PⅠNP、ALP水平均升高(P <0.05),且研究组患者的BMD含量及OC、PⅠNP、ALP水平高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者的SF-36评分、总有效率均高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗期间,两组患者偶有轻微腹泻、恶心等,但未干预,均自行恢复。结论:石氏伤科芪骨组方配合导引八法治疗OP疗效确切,可改善症状,提高BMD含量,改善OP患者的生存质量,提升OC、PⅠNP、ALP水平,具有安全性较高、临床疗效较好等特点。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shishi Shangke Qigu Prescription combined with the eight methods of guidance on osteoporosis(OP)patients.Methods:96 patients with OP who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 48 cases in each.The control group was treated with oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets(Ⅱ)and calcitriol soft capsules.The study group was treated with Shishi Shangke Qigu prescription combined with the eight methods of guidance.Observation and recording were conducted on two groups of patients before and after treatment,including bone mineral density(BMD)content,serum bone markers[osteocalcin(OC),type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide(PⅠNP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)]level,health status questionnaire(SF-36)Score and clinical efficacy.The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups during the treatment period was also counted.Results:After treatment,the BMD content and OC,PⅠNP,and ALP levels of two groups of patients increased(P<0.05).And the BMD content,OC,PⅠNP,and ALP levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The SF-36 score and total effective rate of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);during the treatment period,the patients in two groups occasionally had mild diarrhea,nausea,etc,but all recovered without intervene.Conclusion:Shishi Shangke Qigu prescription combined with the eight methods of guidance has a definite effect on OP.It can improve symptoms,increase BMD content,improve the life quality of OP patients,and increase OC,PINP,and ALP levels.It has high safety and clinical efficacy.
