耐低温生物发酵下的冬季油菜生产效果研究 被引量:2

Effects of cold-adapted biological fermentation on the production of cole in winter

摘要 在冬季温室内应用西藏耐低温生物菌群进行堆肥发酵,并以无堆肥温室作为对照,对温室温度、二氧化碳浓度以及油菜生长状况和产量进行监测分析,来明确耐低温菌剂处理后的生物发酵技术在油菜上的生产效果.结果表明:发酵温室的温度始终高于对照温室,其中后期的处理间温度差异显著(P<0.05);不同时期发酵温室的室内空气二氧化碳浓度均显著高于对照(P<0.05);试验结束时发酵温室内油菜株高和茎基粗分别为13.4 cm和0.61 cm,比对照高3.93 cm和0.14 cm;发酵温室内的油菜平均产量和总收入分别为6.8 kg/m^(2)和15.64元/m^(2),均显著高于对照(P<0.05).在温室内进行低温下的生物质发酵,能够提高温室内温度和二氧化碳浓度,促进油菜生长,进而提高油菜产量,实现生产收入倍增. Cold-adapted bacteria agent in Tibet was used to compare fermentation in winter greenhouse,and the temperature,carbon dioxide concentration,growth status and yield of rapeseed were monitored and analyzed in the non-composting greenhouse,so as to determine the production effects of the bio-fermentation technology of low-temperature bacteria agent on rapeseed.The results showed that the temperature of the fermentation greenhouse was always higher than that of the control,and the temperature difference between the last two treatments was significant(P<0.05).The concentration of indoor air carbon dioxide in the fermentation greenhouse was significantly higher than that of the control at different periods(P<0.05).At the end of the test,the plant height and stem base thickness of rape in the fermentation greenhouse were 13.4 cm and 0.61 cm,respectively,which were 3.93 cm and 0.14 cm higher than those of the control.The average yield and total revenue in the fermentation greenhouse were 6.8 kg/m^(2) and 15.64 yuan/m^(2) respectively,which were higher than those in the control,and the differences between treatments were significant(P<0.05).The cold-adapted biological fermentation in the greenhouse can raise the temperature and carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse and promote the growth of rape,thus increase the yield of rape and realize the double production revenue.
