新《食品安全法》调整了管控关系,强化了属地管理,进一步加强了食品生产经营过程控制,促进各食品生产企业合法合规经营,使风险隐患始终处于可控阶段,把企业的主体责任落到了实处。
The new“food safety law”has adjusted the management and control relationship,strengthened the territorial management,further strengthened the control of food production and operation process,promoted the legal and compliant operation of each food production enterprise,kept the potential risk under control all the time,and implemented the main responsibility of the enterprise.
