摘要
自20世纪70年代以来,在全球化进程加快、国际高等教育质量竞争加大、大学教师评估标准异化等挑战下,大学教师教学奖励制度的建立是澳大利亚提高大学教学质量与改革教师考核标准的必然趋势。“以学生与教学为中心”的奖励标准与“多元路径参与”的奖励类型丰富了澳大利亚大学教师教学奖励制度的内涵。我国可借鉴其经验,通过政府完善教学奖励政策,设置教学奖励专门管理部门,高校增设教师教学奖项,改革唯科研指标的考核评价机制,注重奖励制度程序化,重视教师对学生的学习贡献等,完善教学奖励体系,以提高大学教学水平。
Since 1970s,under the challenges of accelerating globalization,increasing international competition in higher education quality and dissimilation of evaluation standards of university teachers,the establishment of university teachers'teaching reward system is an inevitable trend in Australia to improve university teaching quality and reform teachers'evaluation standards.The connotation of the system is enriched by the reward standard of“considering students and teaching as the center”and the reward type“multi-path engagement”.By referring to its experience,China can improve university educational level and perfect the teaching reward system with completing the teaching reward policy and building specific administrations in the government;in universities,adding up to teaching reward types,reforming the assessment and evaluation system of referring to research indicators only,emphasizing routinization of the reward system,taking into account teachers'contributions toward students'learning and so on.
