氯醚树脂重防腐涂料的制备和性能研究

Preparation of heavy-duty anticorrosive coating made from chlorinated polyether resin and study on its properties

分别以氯醚树脂、氯化橡胶/氯化石蜡、丙烯酸树脂为基体树脂制备了重防腐涂料,比较了3种涂料的耐紫外老化性能、耐水性能和耐盐雾性能。结果表明:以氯醚树脂为基体树脂制得的重防腐涂料的耐紫外老化性能、耐水性能、耐盐雾性能均较好,具有良好的应用前景。

Heavy-duty anticorrosive coating was prepared with chlorinated polyether resin,chlorinated rubber and chlorinated paraffin,and acrylic resin as matrix resins respectively.The UV aging resistance,water resistance and salt spray resistance of the three coatings were compared.The results showed that the heavy-duty coatings based on chlorinated polyether resin had good UV aging resistance,water resistance and salt spray resistance,and had good application prospects.
