摘要
介绍了氯乙烯精馏系统改造项目。通过采取拆除塔顶冷凝器并增加塔节、塔内回流改为塔外强制回流、低沸塔强制进料等一系列措施,实现了氯乙烯单体产能的增加、质量的提升和精馏装置自动化水平的有效提高。
The reform project of vinyl chloride distillation system was introduced.A series of measures were taken,such as removing the top condensers and increasing the sections of the towers,changing the internal reflux to the forced external reflux,and applying the forced feed to the low boiling tower.These measures increased the production capacity of vinyl chloride monomers,and improved the quality and the automation level of the distillation units effectively.
