北宋东京外城的城市防御体系研究

Research on the urban defense system of the outer city of Dongjing in Song dynasty

北宋东京城外城的营建,源于东京城特殊的地理位置,以及中原王朝对抗契丹、西夏南侵的需要。在外城墙的营建中除了增强城墙本身的坚固性,更加入了瓮城、马面、敌楼等一系列用于军事防御的建筑物与设施,同城内的驻兵一起形成了一套完整、坚固的城市防御体系。靖康年间,东京外城虽在宋金战争中被金国攻破,但其完善的城市防御体系也开创了新的都城营建模式。

Under the construction of outer wall in the capital city of Northern Song dynasty,in addition to strengthening the firmness of the wall itself,further adding a series of military defense buildings and facilities,such as Weng town,Horse’s faces,and Enemy towers.They worked together with stationed troops to form a set of complete and firm urban defense system.
