摘要
2020年9月,教育部、国家文物局联合发布了《关于利用博物馆资源开展中小学教育教学的意见》,教育部门如何看待博物馆资源进校园的问题呢?本刊编辑部为此对教育部发展研究中心副主任陈如平进行了专访,就博物馆资源利用的前提与过程、博物馆类课程的评价方式和博物馆资源进校园的落实方式等问题进行了交流,认为博物馆资源进校园的前提是与学校合作编制“资源导引”,博物馆资源要与课标对应;博物馆类课程评价的意义在于激励而不是甄别分等,馆校双方的期待是“让博物馆为孩子播下成长的种子”,最终让中华优秀传统文化影响孩子的一生。
In September 2020,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the National Cultural Heritage Administration jointly issued the Opinions on Using Museum Resources to Develop Education and Teaching in Primary and Middle Schools.As a policy maker,how does the Ministry of Education view the issue of museum resources entering campuses?The editor conducted an exclusive interview with Chen Ruping,Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the Ministry of Education,and exchanged views on the premise and process of museum resources utilization,the evaluation method of museum courses,and the implementation method of museum resources on campus.The premise of museum resources entering the campus is to cooperate with the school to develop“resource guidance”,and museum resources should correspond to the curriculum standards;the significance of museum curriculum evaluation is to encourage rather than discriminate and rank,and the expectation of both museums and schools is to“let museums inspire children to grow up”,and finally,let the traditional Chinese culture influence children’s life.
