摘要
近年来,随着互联网技术的发展,综合医院门诊楼内自助服务普及率迅速提高,自助服务区成为了就诊环节中重要的区域。但很多医院的自助服务区还存在不同程度的问题,如空间拥挤、流线交叉等。针对此类问题,该文以综合医院门诊楼自助服务区为研究对象,运用观察法进行实地调研。研究发现,自助服务区的现状问题主要存在于总体布局、自助机布置以及使用管理三方面。该文研究系统梳理了三方面的基本情况,分析归纳了突出问题,并针对性地提出了优化策略。
In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,the popularity of self-service in outpatient buildings of general.hospitals has increased rapidly,and the self-service area has become an important area in the treatment process.However,there are still some problems in self-service areas of many hospitals,such as space congestion,streamline crossing and SO on.In order to solve these problems,taking the self-service area of outpatient building of general hospital as the research object,we conduct field investigation by observation method.The study found that problems in the self-service area mainly exist in the overall layout,layout and the use of self-service machine management in three aspects.Finally we systematically summarize the basic situation,sum up the problems,and put forward the optimization strateg ies.
