共建共享理念下保障高校档案用户需求的对策

Research on the Countermeasures to Guarantee the Demands of University Archives Users Under the Concept of Co-construction and Sharing

伴随高校档案部门与档案用户之间的供需矛盾加深,档案部门单独承担供给重任就显得力不从心,为此,引入共建共享的理念,探讨保障用户的权利与需求对策。基于高校档案用户及其需求分类、特征分析,确定当前档案服务的堵点、断点、难点和可参建档案服务的主体。结合共建共享理念的核心思想和用户需求现状,就满足用户需求、保障用户体验、激活潜在需求,相应提出加强档案资源建设、打造"一站式"服务、畅通双向互动渠道等对策建议。

With the deepening of the supply and demand contradiction between archives departments and users,the archives departments are powerless to shoulder the supply task alone.Therefore,the concept of co-construction and sharing is introduced to explore countermeasures to protect the rights and demands of users.Based on the classification and characteristic analysis of university archives users and their demands,the paper determines the blocking points,breaking points and difficulties of current archives service as well as the groups that can participate in the archival work.Combining with the core idea of co-construction and sharing and the current users’demands,it puts forward suggestions to meet users’demands,ensure users’experience and activate potential demands,such as strengthening the construction of archives resources,creating one-stop service,establishing an effective channel for mutual communication,etc.
