涉海类高职院校船舶机电一体化人才CDIO培养模式研究

摘要 结合广西涉海类高职院校船舶工程人才培养现状,以培养高素质实用性航运人才为目标,探索、研究基于CDIO理念的船舶机电一体化人才培养模式,将学生必须具备的工程基础知识、个人学习能力、人际团队协作和整个工程系统能力有机融合,对提高涉海类高职院校学生的专业素养和教师的教学能力都具有重要指导意义。 Combined with the present situation of personnel training in Marine vocational colleges in Guangxi,in order to train high quality practical shipping talents,the paper explores and researches shipping mechatronics training mode based on the concept of CDIO for the organic fusion of the basic knowledge of engineering the students,individual learning ability,interpersonal teamwork organic combination and the whole project system capability,which has important guiding significance to improve the professionalism of marine vocational college students and the teaching ability of the teachers.
