摘要
文章总结了核电工程收尾阶段工作特点,分析了在收尾阶段职工的思想不稳定、危机感、个人因素及适应能力、环境舆论、职工没有归属感的影响及公司职能部门对于工程项目的管理体系的不确定等心理波动原因,提出了关爱员工、强调家文化管项目、充实职工工作、技术练兵、充分的沟通交流、明确职工的职业规划和发展方向等有力措施,实施团队文化建设,研究收尾形势下的职工动态,可促进工程有效收尾,保证稳定收尾,并对建设周期的人事管理提供可借鉴的方法。
The papers summarize the characteristics of the nuclear power project in the closing stage,analyze the reasons for the psychological fluctuation of the employees in the closing stage,such as the unstable ideology,sense of crisis,personal factors and adaptability,the influence of public environment opinion,the influence of the employees,lack of sense of belonging,the uncertainty of the company’s functional departments for the project management system,Which put forward the idea of caring for employees and emphasizing family love culture.Effective measures such as managing the project,enriching the work of the staff,technical training,adequate communication,clarifying the career planning and development direction of the post,implementing the team culture construction,and studying the staff dynamics under the closing situation which can promote the effective closing of the project,ensure the stable closing,and provide reference methods for the personnel management of the construction cycle.
