Qualitative Analysis of an Unknown Insoluble and Infusible Laminate

由于分离提纯困难,难溶难熔未知物的组分剖析研究较少.借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重—微商热重仪(TG-DTG)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜—能谱(SEM-EDS)、热失重—质谱(TG-MS)、热失重—红外光谱(TG-FTIR)等多种方法,进行了一种难溶难熔未知板材的定性分析.结果表明,未知物为填料增强热固性树脂体系,树脂基体为对苯型不饱和树脂与苯乙烯的共聚物,增强填料为硅灰石、硅藻土和碳酸钙;未知物的三级热分解特征和分解产物佐证了分析结果.本分析方法可为难溶难熔的未知物的剖析提供借鉴.

It is difficult to separate and purify the insoluble and infusible unknown substance,and therefore,there are few studies on it.By means of DSC,TG-DTG,FTIR,SEM-EDS,TG-MS and TGFTIR,the researchers did a qualitative analysis on an unknown insoluble and infusible laminate.The results show that the unknown laminate is included in a filler reinforced thermosetting resin system,of which resin matrix is the copolymer of unsaturated resin and styrene,and reinforcements are wollastonite,diatomite,and calcium carbonate.Both the characteristics and the products of its third-stage thermal decomposition prove the analysis results,which can provide ideas for the analysis of the similar unknown insoluble and infusible substances.
