摘要 地震工况下的抗冲击性能是保证结构安全运行的重要指标,一般可以通过抗冲击分析及模拟试验来检验结构的抗震性能.本研究通过建立结构抗冲击模拟跌落试验平台,设计了一款力传感器,具体采用"静标动用"法对某装置冲击力进行测量.为验证该方法的可靠性,在试验的基础上使用动量定理对其进行理论验证,同时使用有限元分析方法对冲击过程进行模拟.对比试验、理论及有限元分析结果发现,"静标动用"法在本研究问题上测量精度较高,满足工程实际要求,具有一定的测试可靠性. The impact resistance performance under seismic conditions is an important index to ensure the safe operation of the structure.Generally,the seismic performance of the structure can be tested by impact resistance analysis and simulation test.In this paper,a structural shock resistance simulated drop test platform is established,a force sensor is designed,and the impact force of the tripod support simulation structure is measured by the method of"calibrating statically".In order to verify the reliability of the method,the momentum theorem is used to verify the theory based on the test,and the impact process is simulated by finite element analysis method.Through the comparison of the results of the test,theory and finite element analysis,it is found that the method has higher measuring accuracy in this problem,meets the practical requirements of engineering,and has certain testing reliability.
