奈曼旗乡村振兴发展水平评价及其空间分异格局

Development Level Assessment and Spatial Heterogeneity of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Naimam County:Based on the micro Survey Data

乡村振兴评价是循序推进乡村振兴发展的基石。从“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”五个维度出发,构建了包含十六个准则层、三十八个指标层的乡村振兴评价指标体系,运用熵值法、自然断裂法对奈曼旗乡村振兴战略实施现状进行综合评价分析。结果显示:奈曼旗乡村振兴战略实施成效达到目标值的56.61%。其中,产业兴旺达到49.43%,生态宜居达到28.12%,乡风文明达到46.93%,治理有效达到73.99%,生活富裕达到84.56%。通过Jenks最佳自然断裂法分析得出,十五个乡镇乡村振兴得分可分为五个层次,在此基础上探讨各乡镇乡村振兴发展的区域特征,提出相应优化途径,以期进一步推动奈曼旗乡村全面振兴。

Constructing an evaluation index system for rural revitalization is an important focus in the pro⁃cess of promoting rural revitalization.Based on the definition of the connotation of rural revitalization,a rural revitalization evaluation index system including 16 criterion layers and 38 index layers was constructed from the five dimensions of"industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural culture,effective governance,and af⁃fluent life".And using the data of 1307 farmers in Naiman County to comprehensively evaluate the implementa⁃tion status of the rural revitalization strategy and spatial pattern.The results show that:At present,the imple⁃mentation effect of the rural revitalization strategy in Naiman County has reached 56.61%of the target value.Among them,industrial prosperity reached 49.43%;ecological livability reached 28.12%;rural style civiliza⁃tion reached 46.93%;effective governance reached 73.99%;living affluent reached 84.56%.The analysis of Jenks best natural fault method found that the scores of rural revitalization of 15 townships can be divided into 5 levels.On this basis,the paper discusses the regional characteristics of the rural revitalization development level of each township,and puts forward the corresponding optimization ways,so as to further promote the over⁃all revitalization of Naiman County.
