异地扶贫搬迁作为我国扶贫工作的重要组成内容之一,在后续的搬迁安置I作中借助社会工作专业力量以保障政策实施效果。在社会工作参与异地扶贫搬迁社区服务的过程中,一线社会工作者面临着这一领域所存在的由价值观冲突所引起的专业伦理困境,具体表现为:个人价值观与服务对象价值观、专业价值观发生冲突以及专业价值观与实际工作要求产生冲突的伦理困境。

As one of the important components of China's poverty alleviation work,the relocation of poverty alleviation from other places should rely on professional social work to ensure the implementation effect of the policy in the subsequent relocation work.In social work involved in a long-distance move for poverty alleviation in the process of community service,front-line social workers facing the field of professional ethical dilemmas caused by conflict of values,embodied in:the personal values and the service object values,professional values and professional values conflict conflict with the practical work requirements of ethical dilemmas.
