大数据下复杂网络支持的绿色包装满意度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的在大数据时代背景下对绿色包装的满意度进行分析,进而达到绿色包装设计方案的优选,有利于包装领域推进"绿水青山就是金山银山"生态理念。方法将利益相关方的评论作为数据源,收集绿色包装满意度的多视角评论大数据,采用词频统计、高频词共现矩阵生成、语义网络图绘制的方法进行大数据的处理,建立绿色包装满意度指标体系;集成专家对指标间关联关系的评判,构建绿色包装满意度指标的复杂网络,计算复杂网络中节点的度、介数和接近中心性,进一步通过PROMETHEE Ⅱ法确定指标权重;使用梯形模糊数来表达专家对备选绿色包装方案指标值的评估意见,并融合多位专家的评估结论,最后得到备选绿色包装方案的满意度值。结果结合唐三彩绿色包装方案的应用实例,验证了所提出的绿色包装满意度分析方法的有效性。结论通过对绿色包装满意度指标评论大数据的处理和指标权重的求解,提供了一种绿色包装满意度的分析工具,助推包装行业绿色环保目标的实现。 The paper aims to analyze the satisfaction of green packaging under the background of big data era,and then achieve the optimization of green packaging design scheme,which is of great significance to promote the implementation of the development conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets in the packaging industry.Taking the comments of stakeholders as the data source,the big data of green packaging satisfaction from multiple perspectives is collected.Use word frequency statistics,high-frequency word co-occurrence matrix generation and semantic network mapping to process the big data and establish the index system of green packaging satisfaction.The experts’evaluation of the relationship between the indexes is integrated,and a complex network of green packaging satisfaction indexes is built.The degree,betweenness and closeness of nodes in complex networks are calculated,and the index weight is further determined by PROMETHEE Ⅱ method.Trapezoid fuzzy number is used to express the evaluation opinions of experts on the index value of alternative green packaging scheme,and the evaluation conclusions of multiple experts are integrated to obtain the satisfaction value of alternative green packaging scheme.Combined with the application example of the green packaging scheme of tri-coloured glazed pottery,the effectiveness of the proposed green packaging satisfaction analysis method is verified.Through the process of big data and the solution of index weight,an analysis tool of green packaging satisfaction is provided,which can promote the realization of environmental protection goal in packaging industry.
