摘要
介绍了一种汽车风机矢量控制驱动器自动检测台的设计。它主要由下位机单片机控制器和上位机HMI界面,以及配套电气控制线路和测试针床装置等组成,主要用于汽车风机矢量控制驱动器的在线标定以及FCT测试功能。它取代了原有离散式的驱动器程序导入、参数标定、功能测试等生产工序,集成了驱动器的程序导入、标定、功能测试等多功能,可一键式自动完成。避免了离散模式下人工操作时的效率低、人为误差等因素。目前本检测台已经在汽车风机驱动器生产线上稳定使用,极大提高了生产效率和产品质量。
This paper introduces the design of an automatic test bench for vector control driver of automobile fan.It is mainly composed of MCU controller and HMI interface of upper computer,supporting electrical control circuit and testing needle bed device.It is mainly used for online calibration of vector control driver of automobile fan and FCT test function.It replaces the original discrete driver program import,parameter calibration,function test and other production processes,integrates the driver program import,calibration,function test and other functions,and can be completed automatically by one key.It avoids the low efficiency of manual operation in discrete mode,easy to miss detection,easy to misjudge.At present,the test bench has been used stably in the automobile fan drive production line,which greatly improves the production efficiency and product quality.
